Our locally owned and operated Long Beach storage units are clean, secure, and well-maintained. We offer a variety of storage unit types and sizes, from mini-units to boat parking. Here are some questions frequently asked.
- Where is Beatline Road Mini Storage located?
Our storage facility is located at 4007 Beatline Road in Long Beach, MS. We’re easy to find, located directly across from the South Mississippi Regional Center.
- Are there any discounts available?
We offer special discounted rates for police, firemen, teachers, and active-duty military.
- Do I have to sign a lease and how long is the lease for?
We do require a rental agreement to be signed, but it is a month to month rental agreement. We require a one-month minimum. If a customer who has stayed at least one month vacates the unit after paying for the next month's rent, the company policy is to refund unused rent contingent upon their unit being left empty, unlocked, and undamaged. This policy is not universal to all storage facilities so make sure and ask when you are shopping for a storage unit what the facilities move-out policies are.
- Do you charge any move-in fees?
We like to keep it simple, so we do not charge any large fees at move in. We charge a $3 administrative fee and a refundable $10 security deposit, in addition to a one-month minimum rental for your storage unit. After the first month’s rent, we prorate back any unused rent when you move out of your unit.
- When can I access my storage unit?
Drive-up units (includes all regular, boat storage and uncovered parking) are accessible 24 hours a day. The climate-controlled units are on interior hallways and the access doors are locked overnight. You can access these interior storage units from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
- How many storage units do you have?
We are one of the largest storage facilities on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We have over 1000 storage units in a variety of sizes, in addition to vehicle storage options.
- What security features do you offer?
We ensure that our storage facility is well lit at all times. We also have a security camera system installed in addition to a fenced and gated location. Management is on-site six days a week.
- Are your Long Beach storage units temperature controlled?
Yes! We know how important it is to store your belongings in a regulated environment.
