At Beatline Storage we treat our customers the way we would want to treated. We do not believe this stops at providing great friendly service, but also means no punitive fees or tricky move out notice requirements. While we appreciate notice of move out in advance it is not required. We believe you should only pay for the days you use your unit and after our one-month minimum, we refund unused rent back to you.
Our storage facility is located at 4007 Beatline Road in Long Beach, MS. We’re easy to find, located directly across from the South Mississippi Regional Center.
We offer special discounted rates for police, firemen, teachers, and active-duty military.
We do require a rental agreement to be signed, but it is a month to month rental agreement. We require a one-month minimum. If a customer who has stayed at least one month vacates the unit after paying for the next month's rent, the company policy is to refund unused rent contingent upon their unit being left empty, unlocked, and undamaged. This policy is not universal to all storage facilities so make sure and ask when you are shopping for a storage unit what the facilities move-out policies are.
We like to keep it simple, so we do not charge any large fees at move in. We charge a $3 administrative fee and a refundable $10 security deposit, in addition to a one-month minimum rental for your storage unit. After the first month’s rent, we prorate back any unused rent when you move out of your unit.
We are a family-owned and operated facility that cares about this community because we live in this community. We offer a clean, secure, and convenient location for our customers to store their prized possessions. No long-term contracts are required and after the one-month minimum, we will prorate the rent when you move out and refund all unused rent.
